Meet us August 9, 2025, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in North Saint Paul, MN at the North Metro Flex Academy in Saint Paul, 2350 Helen St., North Saint Paul, MN
“The exploration of healthy, holistic and metaphysical practices may be a key to your spiritual growth and physical longevity. Many of us question the paradigms of treatments that currently exist. Our goal with this event is to give you options for you to explore. There is no entrance fee for this event although we will accept donations to help cover costs.
We have over 20 vendors here that can help you get a better understanding of alternative practices and therapy to include: bio field tuning, acupuncture, yoga, cranial sacral therapy, sound baths, drum circles, Ayurvedic medicine and practices, radionics, electroculture, hypnotherapy, red light therapy, detox protocols, reflexology, scalar wave cell regeneration, shamanic healing, chiropractic and rehabilitation, rocks, crystals, minerals, jewelry, healthy food options, breathwork, and intuitive guides.
There is also an extensive library for you to experience. We will have a food truck, music, bathroom facilities for men and women, picnic tables for some seating and a good bonfire going for those that may wish to explore a practitioner’s insights in a group setting. Please bring your own folding chair, and please leave your animals at home.

Having just completed my second personal coaching session with Patty and seeing my success, I was delighted to try business coaching.
